Looking at History

In my imperfect opinion, this type of situation has happened before (Spanish Flu 1900’s, The Black Plague 1300’s , Bubonic Plague 1500’s) the difference is that we are more populated, there is social media, and we were able to travel fast and freely. Nowadays there are many theories out there. Among the ones who follow Christ and the ones who despise Christ, theories about the why’s and the how’s.

Theories

For my fellow followers of Christ, I wonder if back then fellow Christians thought to be the end of times. My point is… as much as we desire for Christ to take us, as much as we long to be with our Creator, only The Father knows the time. This is not to say that we don’t have to be prepare to meet our Christ, we ought to be prepare. However; the getting prepare is a daily preparation. Don’t cave into fear and don’t cave into the sensationalism of the time.

For the ones in Christ

Let’s not get into trivial discussions, wasting our time in which theory to support, to argue. It is time to be the salt and the light. Let’s Care for the body, let’s care for one another, pray for repentance, pray for a new heart. Let’s be good stewards of the time, of our household, our youth, our children, etc. Let’s show Christ to our neighbors with actions and words {sometimes we focus so much in the actions and not in the words or viceversa).

Let’s remember Christ conquered death, we don’t fear death, when God decides when is our last minute, second. There will be a time when we will meet Him, to us dying is gain.

If we pray for healing and healing doesn’t come does that mean that God is less powerful? If we pray for this season to end and it doesn’t end, does it mean God doesn’t care?

Throughout history there are times that YHWH intervenes, other times He allows for the consequences of our actions to run its course, sometimes even the most devoted Christian has gone through excruciating pain or unphantom circumstances.

Christ takes the lead regarding excruciating pain … let’s not be discouraged.

To all, let’s be cautious. Let’s consider others.

This is the time where you show in what or in whom is that you put your faith and hope.

Is good to stay informed, at the same time don’t spend all your time reading news or listening to the news. Remember to renew your mind with things that are profitable.

No al Temor – Sí a la Cautela

A Través de la Historia

En mi imperfecta opinión, este tipo de situación ha sucedido antes (Influenza Española 1900’s, The Peste Negra 1300’s, Peste Bubónica 1500’s). La diferencia entre esos años y ahora; estamos más poblados, hay redes sociales, pudimos viajar mucho más rápido y a cuánto lugar queríamos. Hoy en día hay muchas teorías de cómo es que surgió o cuáles son los motivos. Las diferentes teorías entre los que siguen a Cristo y los que lo desprecian.

Diferentes Teorías

Para ti amante de Cristo, me pregunto si en aquel entonces los cristianos creían que era el fin de los tiempos. Mi punto es … deseamos que Cristo regrese, deseamos que nos lleve, anhelamos estar con nuestro Creador. Recordemos que solo El Padre conoce el tiempo. Esto no quiere decir que no tengamos que estar preparados para encontrarnos con nuestro Cristo, debemos estar preparados. Sin embargo; prepararse es una preparación diaria. No caigas en el miedo y no caigas en el sensacionalismo de la época.

No entremos en discusiones triviales, desperdiciando nuestro tiempo en qué teoría apoyar, discutir. Es hora de ser la sal y la luz. Cuidemos nos entre herman@s , cuidemos los unos a los otros, oremos por el arrepentimiento, oremos por un nuevo corazón. Seamos buenos administradores del tiempo, de nuestro hogar, de nuestra juventud, de nuestros hijos, etc. Es tiempo de compartir a Cristo con nuestros vecinos; con acciones y palabras (a veces nos enfocamos tanto en las acciones y no en las palabras o viceversa).

Recordemos que Cristo conquistó la muerte. Los que caminan con Cristo día a día, no le tememos a la muerte, cuando Dios decida cuándo es nuestro último minuto, segundo. Habrá un momento en que lo encontraremos, para nosotros morir es ganancia.

Si oramos por curación y la curación no viene, ¿eso significa que Dios es menos poderoso? Si oramos para que esta temporada termine y no termine, ¿significa que a Dios no le importa?

A lo largo de la historia hay momentos en que YHWH interviene, otras veces permite que las consecuencias de nuestras acciones sigan su curso, a veces incluso el cristiano más devoto ha pasado por un dolor insoportable o circunstancias poco comunes.

Cristo toma la delantera con respecto al dolor insoportable … no nos desanimemos.

A todos, seamos cautelosos. Tengamos consideración los unos por los otros.

Este es el momento en el que muestras en qué o en quién es que pones tu fe y esperanza.

Es bueno mantenerse informado, a la misma vez, no pases todo el tiempo leyendo noticias o escuchándolas. Recuerde renovar tu mente con cosas que sean rentables.
