Bye Bye 2020
Sharing with you in Instagram pictures of a year that brought the opportunity to check the insight of our hearts and minds.
During the past months I’ve met many cool people, worked with many new people from afar (within my community and with many who are miles and miles away).
Because of online services new people connected to the body of believers we belong to.
Many within my village got Covid19, some were able to recover fast, some took extra time, others went to that trip that we will all take.
I don’t fear the virus, it is my understanding that each body is different and each body will react different. I trust that God is the one who knows our expiration date, of course we need to be good stewards of the body and the resources He allows each of us to have.
I don’t do New Years resolutions (used to do them not long ago).
The Lord has not given me a word for 2021, He has given me His word for each day of life.
I am learning different lessons as I am walking on this side of creation.
I have some ideas of the things I’d like to do for 2021…
⁃ Walk more miles (this year I ended with 800+ miles) I don’t have a smart watch to keep my steps (I accept gifts all year long)
⁃ Serve: my husband, our children, our community and wherever I go
⁃ I’d like to practice the guitar and be consistent (however; I know how inconsistent I am with that)
⁃ Etc
Yesterday is gone
We don’t know what will happen in the next minute, let alone then next day.
We have this minute.
What kind of attitude are we having?
Are we fast to argue for the sake of arguing?
Are we fast to speak for the sake of hearing our own voice?
May we have self control, during the upcoming minutes. a desire to see others through the lenses of patience and love.
How can we even tap into self controls, patience, love?
Only through Christ… everything else is counterfeit.
We may encounter times to celebrate, times to mourn, times of trials, times of success… in all of them, May the ones who claim Christ be steadfast.
Be cautious of the fraudulent ideologies that are available, they promise abundance, the promise self gratification, yet their end result leads to brokenness.
For 2021 with truth because of Love with faith and Hope.

Compartiendo contigo en Instagram imágenes de un año que brindó la oportunidad de ver donde está mi corazón y mente.
Durante los meses pasados he conocido a mucha gente interesante, he trabajado con mucha gente nueva desde lejos (dentro de mi comunidad y con muchos que están a millas y millas de distancia).
Gracias a los servicios en línea, hay personas nuevas se conectaron al cuerpo de creyentes al que pertenecemos.
Muchos dentro de mi las personas que son parte de mi comunidad cercana y lejana) fueron diagnosticados con Covid19, algunos pudieron recuperarse rápido, algunos tomaron más tiempo, otros fueron al viaje por el que todos pasaremos (a su debido tiempo).
No le temo al virus, tengo entendido que cada cuerpo es diferente y cada cuerpo reaccionará de manera diferente. Confío en que Dios es quien conoce nuestra fecha de vencimiento, por supuesto que debemos ser buenos administradores del cuerpo y los recursos que Él permite que cada uno de nosotros tengamos.
Ya no hago resoluciones de año nuevo (anteriormente solía hacer).
El Señor no me ha dado una palabra para el 2021, me ha dado Su palabra para cada día de la vida.
Estoy aprendiendo diferentes lecciones mientras camino por este lado de la creación.
Tengo algunas ideas de las cosas que me gustaría hacer para 2021 …
– Camine más millas (este año terminé con más de 800 millas) No tengo un reloj inteligente para seguir mis pasos (acepto regalos durante todo el año)
– Servir: mi esposo, nuestros hijos, nuestra comunidad y donde sea que vaya
– Me gustaría practicar la guitarra y ser consistente (sin embargo, sé lo inconsistente que soy con eso)
– Etc
El ayer se fue
No sabemos qué pasará en el próximo minuto, y mucho menos al día siguiente.
Tenemos este minuto.
¿Qué tipo de actitud estamos teniendo?
¿Somos rápidos en discutir por discutir?
¿Somos rápidos para hablar por escuchar nuestra propia voz?
Que tengamos autocontrol, durante los próximos minutos. el deseo de ver a los demás a través de los lentes de la paciencia y el amor.
¿Cómo podemos obtener autocontrol, paciencia, amor?
Solo a través de Cristo … todo lo demás es falso.
Podremos encontrar tiempos de celebración, tiempos de duelo, tiempos de pruebas, tiempos de éxito … en todos ellos, que los que claman a Cristo sean firmes.
Ten cuidado con las ideologías fraudulentas que están disponibles, prometen abundancia, prometen auto gratificación, pero su resultado final conduce al quebrantamiento.
Por un 2021 con verdad por amor con Fe y Esperanza.
